Once Upon a View – A Gallery in the Sky!

Positive: 沒有包含早餐, 房間非常高檔且景觀一級棒,但廚房內的鍋子非常破舊,讓人完全不敢使用,與高級的住宿環境非常不搭 Negative: 1.拿鑰匙需要去回走30分鐘, 很不方便, 讓滿頭大汗氣喘吁吁, 2.房東收了押金400澳幣, 從2/14到現在已經2個月尚未退還, 多次洽詢房東林芷彤小姐, 都說會轉帳歸還, 但毫無進展. 在Booking客服留言, 也沒有人處理, 非常不舒服的訂房經驗

Very clean, stylish and amazing view. Positive: Very clean, stylish and amazing view. The owner was extremely helpful and gave very informative instructions on how to get to the hotel and the check in and check out progress. Negative: Nothing

Awesome view from great little apartment Positive: A beautiful clean apartment with an amazing view and great location. Negative: Would have been nice to have a couple of tea bags supplied in the tea bag container.

I general our stay was pleasant. Positive: Location, Was everything we needed, especially the parking. Negative: A couple of the amenities need fixing, such as the ceiling fans. We tried to use the pool one night, and it was overrun by a group that had obviously hired an apartment but had let in a load of friends, around 30 to 40 young adults who were drinking and had loud music on, we felt unsafe and had to leave. We were also approached in the lift by drug affected guests on another occasion, sucking some sort of substance from a balloon, I had my wife, her father and my teenage son with me. We felt very unsafe as one of them stood right in front of me a few inches from my face looking to start a confrontation. I managed to descilate this. At night when coming and going we noticed a high level questionable people. We had to always travel with more than one person if coming and going after dark. I'm not a small man but I was uncomfortable and felt unsafe at time.

Brisbane Botanics View Positive: Location was great, apartment was beautiful with a great view. Lovely welcome biscuits, hot chocolate and sweets. The hosts were so nice and communication was excellent.
