Positive: Great stay - everything went smoothly from key handover and check-in to check-out. The accommodation was very clean and thoughtfully furnished with great attention to detail. The view and the floor level were breathtaking. We would happily stay here again anytime. Negative: Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance during our stay, so we couldn’t use it. However, we visited the hotel’s pool club instead - day passes cost AUD 40 per person.

Lovely 1 night stay Positive: Lovely view, interior was very clean and modern and was a great stay. Really liked the unit. The Bed was comfy! The facilities at the hotel/casino was nice and it was a good location for us to get train from Southbank for a concert out at BEC. Negative: Parking as a bit of an issue as had no prior advice re overnight parking just that it wasn’t included in the booking price / details. Arrived at address and Parked within Casio parking with no sign as to cost and was charged $160 for 1 night when we checked out less than 24hrs parked. Would have been a lot better cost wise to park overnight at other parking garages nearby and walk to hotel rather than not be aware like we were. Other than parking the stay was great.
