Positive: The beautiful styling and colours, plenty of space and luxury Negative: Having to go back and ask for the garage keys at the EzyMart cost us $200. It's all too late and no theirs no turning back once your down in the garage with no choice but to take a ticket which could not be validated by anyone. The pillows are very uncomfortable

Traumatised. Would never recommend to stay here. Scammers Positive: This lady rents her apartment out of a hotel(which is not started on booking.com-) as I’m driving from the Gold Coast she’s texting me from an unknown number links which I did not see about how to get to the hotel and where to park and how to pick the key up.. the hotel is located on one the main roads of Brisbane city -was told over the we’d be able to park in the hotel, she spoke with my partner once we got to the Starr casino which is where she was explaining for us to go on the phone as we couldn’t find the entrance to the hotel due to there being no drive in, there is parking lead Ladin g down to the hotel parking on the main road but was with a different name to which she was telling my partner. Who was standing at the star casino. She then told him he had to walk 200m to go pick up the key for the room at an ezy mart- I am not from Brisbane or familar witb the area so I ended up on the highway 5 times before I found my partner at the star half an hour later, he was assaulted and attempted to be robbed due to his jewellery he was wearing, once calling Dina the host back on where to park she then instructed the parking wasn’t inckudied and we would have to park at the star. 200m away from the hotel. We had lots of food, bags, luggage and my 6 month old baby and my l extremely tall and heavy seevwly autistic 4 year old daughter. My partner had to pay the star $100! To use the trolley as we could nor stop anywhere near the hotel to unpack or take our stuff at the very least inro the lobby. It was late at this stage and almsot dark. I had to carry my 4 year old 30kg daughter as well as my 6 month old whilst 6 weeks pregnant. My parnter booked the “hotel” as a last minute plan to have our 11 year anniversary, propse to me and spend our babya first Christmas in a comfortable and special place as we hadn’t stayed in this “hotel” before there wasn’t many options we usually stay in 5-6 star hotels and we stay at hotels frequently stay in. Negative: NOTHING Refuses to even let us use the sofa bed that’s advertised on the booking.com advertisement
