Great location & views. Owners were responsive and accommodating Positive: Location Negative: Floors were quite dirty. No access to keyed lock on the balcony door - A must with children, particularly when 43 stories up.

We had a very pleasant stay at this modern and cozy apartment. Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at this Brisbane apartment overall. The location is excellent, conveniently close to South Bank Parklands and very easy to get around, plus having free parking available was a bonus. The apartment itself was modern, well-decorated, and felt cozy throughout. The beds were especially comfortable, making it a great option for families. We also used the gym once and found it adequate for a quick workout. Negative: We found it a bit difficult to adjust the air conditioning, as it felt slightly too cool at night. A few extra towels would have been helpful, especially for swimming or gym use. Additionally, the kitchen could be better equipped with more pans, utensils and a wine opener for those who plan to cook. Overall, these were small issues and didn’t take away from an otherwise enjoyable stay. We’d happily recommend this apartment to others visiting Brisbane.

Positive: The beautiful styling and colours, plenty of space and luxury Negative: Having to go back and ask for the garage keys at the EzyMart cost us $200. It's all too late and no theirs no turning back once your down in the garage with no choice but to take a ticket which could not be validated by anyone. The pillows are very uncomfortable
